As a pitching coach, I focus on developing complete pitchers—not just velocity. My approach emphasizes efficient mechanics, command, confidence, pitch development, and learning how to compete against hitters. I believe speed should come from proper movement, sequencing, and strength rather than simply trying to throw harder. I also believe pitchers need meaningful opportunities to develop and prove themselves in games. My goal is to build a pitching staff, manage workloads intelligently, and create confident pitchers who understand how to execute pitches, handle pressure, and compete every time they step in the circle.
Experience
I have over 10 years of coaching experience at both the competitive travel softball and Division I high school levels. During that time, I have worked with pitchers of different ages and skill levels, helping them improve mechanics, command, velocity, confidence, and overall game performance. My coaching approach focuses on developing complete pitchers who understand how to compete, make adjustments, and execute under pressure. I believe in purposeful training, smart workload management, and giving pitchers the tools and opportunities they need to grow and succeed in the circle.
