How-to guides

View and pay lesson invoices

Where: My Billing

  1. Open My Billing to see balances for lessons from today and earlier. Select View payment for details, or open Invoices for an invoice your coach has issued.
  2. Pay using the coach’s listed payment method outside the website. Select I’ve sent payment and enter an optional reference.
  3. Your coach confirms receipt, then your balance and lesson payment status update. Use All or Paid to find older invoices.
  4. For a parent-managed account, the parent can use My Billing directly. An invited parent or guardian with permission to manage lessons opens Shared calendars, selects the athlete, then selects Billing & payments.

Only authorized parents or guardians with management permission can access shared billing. View-only calendar guests cannot see invoices. Reporting payment does not process a charge or immediately mark the invoice paid.

Update your name, address, and phone

Where: Settings → Your profile

  1. When using your own athlete login, enter your first and last name and select Save profile.
  2. On a parent-managed login, keep the parent’s name in Your first and last name and edit Athlete first and last name separately.
  3. Add or update the optional address and phone fields, then save.

Athlete name changes update the linked athlete records used for lessons, calendars, and workouts. A parent’s name stays separate. If you changed the name before this update, save it again. Address and phone are not displayed in public coach search.

Create the right account

Where: Athlete / parent signup

  1. Enter the athlete’s age and choose who will manage the account.
  2. For athletes under 13, a parent or guardian must own the login using their name and email. Athletes 13 or older can choose Athlete.
  3. When a parent signs up for an athlete age 13+, they can optionally enter a separate athlete email. The athlete receives an invitation to set their own password.
  4. Verify the account email. A coach code is optional.

Parent and invited athlete logins share the same athlete profile. The parent must verify their email before the athlete accepts the separate-login invitation.

Where: Find a Coach / My Coaches

  1. Browse Find a Coach, choose a sport, and optionally check Accepting new athletes only. Select View profile or the coach’s name to read their background, services, ratings, photos, and videos, then select Request this coach.
  2. If a coach invites you, sign in with the invited email and open My Coaches.
  3. Accept the invitation, or wait for the coach to approve your request.
  4. Once approved, open the coach workspace.

Creating an account alone does not automatically connect you to a coach.

Invite someone to your calendar

Where: Settings → Invite a parent or another person

  1. Choose the athlete and enter the recipient’s email and relationship.
  2. If inviting a parent, choose whether they may manage lessons.
  3. The recipient accepts the invitation with their own login. You can update permissions or revoke access in Settings.

Use separate parent and athlete logins

Where: Parent signup / My Coaches

  1. For a parent-managed athlete age 13+, enter the athlete’s separate email during signup.
  2. The parent verifies their account email; the athlete opens the invitation and sets a password.
  3. To send or resend the invitation later, the parent opens My Coaches → Athlete login.

Both logins share lessons, workouts, goals, and progress. Under-13 accounts stay parent-managed. An email already attached to another profile cannot be merged automatically.

Where: Settings

  1. Find Profile picture and choose a JPG, PNG, or WebP under 2 MB.
  2. Adjust Zoom and the horizontal and vertical sliders, then select Save picture. For a saved image, choose Edit crop to adjust it without uploading again. Upload another image to replace it, or choose Remove picture.

Questions & answers

Where is Print My Week?

On the Dashboard, look directly below the top banner. It is also in the navigation row at the top of My Workouts. Choose a date, expand Print options if needed, select Update preview, then Print / Save as PDF.

Which days and coaches are included in my printout?

The selected date determines a Monday-through-Sunday week. Lessons and assigned workouts from your active connected workspaces are included. Draft plans and canceled lessons are excluded.

Does checking off a printed workout update my progress?

No. Paper checkboxes are for your own use. Record your results in My Workouts so your coach can see them.

Can I save the week as a PDF?

Yes. Select Print / Save as PDF, then choose Save as PDF in the print dialog. Choose Workout checklist under Print options when you need drill instructions and coach cues.

Why does my coach see a different lesson time?

Each account can use its own time zone. Check Settings → Your time zone. Both times refer to the same booked lesson.

Who handles payments for a parent-managed athlete?

The parent can use My Billing in the athlete portal. A separately invited parent or guardian needs lesson-management permission and can open Billing & payments from Shared calendars. Payment must be confirmed by the coach.

Why does my old name still appear on lessons?

Save your full athlete name again in Settings → Your profile. Parent-managed accounts have a separate Athlete first and last name field. If a coach’s record still differs, contact your coach so the athlete record can be checked.

Can I crop my existing profile picture?

Yes. Choose Edit crop in Settings, adjust the preview, and select Save picture. You do not need to upload again unless you want a different image or the uncropped original.

How do I find coaches taking new athletes?

In Find a Coach, select a sport and check Accepting new athletes only. Coaches marked Currently full remain visible when that filter is off.

Does Currently full stop me booking with my current coach?

No. That public availability setting does not change existing athletes’ booking access.

Where is my lesson taking place?

Open the lesson details to read Location. If it is missing, ask your coach through Messages.

Do I need a coach code to join?

No. Leave the code blank, verify your email, and request a coach from the portal later.

Why can’t I book or see training yet?

Your email verification and coach connection may still be pending. Check My Coaches and ask your coach to review the request.

Can I have a hitting coach and a pitching coach?

Yes. You can connect with multiple coaches. Coaches in separate businesses keep separate workspaces; the combined calendar brings your scheduled activities together.

Why is the combined calendar missing?

The athlete combined calendar appears only when you have more than one connected coach. With one coach, use the existing lesson calendar and My Workouts.

Why is my workout missing?

Check the selected week or month and the coach workspace. A plan must be assigned to you before it appears. A coach’s saved template alone is not an assignment.

Can I mark my own goal achieved?

You can post an update and select Ready for coach review. Your coach makes the final Achieved confirmation.

Can I correct a workout result?

Open the completed drill and choose Edit result. Update the entry and save. Archived plans are read-only.

How do I reschedule a lesson?

Contact your coach through Messages. A parent with lesson-management permission can also use the shared calendar’s available rescheduling controls.

Does a calendar invitation give someone my entire portal?

No. A shared-calendar invitation grants calendar access and optional parent lesson-management permissions. The separate athlete login invited from a parent-managed profile shares the full athlete profile.

Who sees my progress and feedback?

Your connected, authorized coaches can access records in their workspace. A linked parent and athlete share their profile. A shared-calendar viewer does not receive full goal or workout-result access.

How do I reset my password?

Use the password-reset option on the login page. Check your inbox and spam folder for the link. Choose a password with at least 8 characters.
